T’s Elite Party Rentals

1. Reservation & Payment

• A deposit of 20–50% is required to reserve your event date.

• Full payment is due 24–72 hours before delivery.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior = full refund (minus deposit if applicable)

• Cancellations within 3–7 days = partial refund

• Cancellations within 72 hours = non-refundable

3. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery times are scheduled within a time window, not exact times.

• Customer must ensure:

  • Clear access to setup area

  • Adequate space and safe conditions

• Additional fees may apply for stairs, long distances, or difficult setups.

4. Weather Policy (IMPORTANT)

• Rentals (especially bounce houses/tents) may be canceled due to:

  • High winds

  • Rain

  • Unsafe conditions

• We reserve the right to cancel for safety.

5. Equipment Responsibility

• Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup.

• Damage, loss, or theft will result in replacement or repair charges.

6. Bounce House Safety

• Adult supervision required at all times

• No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects

• Weight/occupancy limits must be followed

7. Power Requirements

• Customer must provide power within 50–100 feet of setup

• Generators available for additional fee

8. Cleaning

• Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered

• Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

9. Liability

• T’s Elite Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse

• Customer assumes responsibility during rental period

10. Acceptance

• Payment confirms agreement to all terms listed above
